Today we bring you one of those, and also very healthy. Dairy products provide us with a multitude of benefits for our health and therefore choosing a good quality one is very important. Fresh cheese is one of the most recommended, since it maintains a large part of the whey in its milk, the amount of sodium is low and although its caloric intake is lower than other cheeses, it is very satiating. Today’s dish is one of those healthy recipes that, in addition to being beneficial to health, is delicious. Do you wear your apron with us?

 

 

The ingredients that we will need are:

100gr fresh goat cheese.

1 can of pickled canned mussels.

10gr trout roe.

5gr red lump roe.

5gr black lump roe.

10gr grains of pomegranate.

3 seedless grapes.

1gr Maldon salt.

1gr pepper.

5gr Verde Esmeralda extra virgin olive oil.

 

Elaboration:

Open the can of mussels and drain the juice preserving it.
Heat a frying pan and brown the cheese on both sides.
Remove the cheese and add the marinade, letting it rest for 10 minutes.
Mix the caviar with half the olive oil and reserve.
Cut the grapes into irregular wedges.
In a plate with some wing, arrange the fresh cheese and the marinade.
Add the pepper over the cheese and cover with the caviar.
Arrange the mussels and the pomegranate grains.
Add the grapes and Maldon salt and drizzle with the remaining extra virgin olive oil.
