Brioche bread recipe:
First, we start with the brioche. We will cut a slice and place it in a bowl. Secondly, we will put a few ounces of the dark chocolate on the brioche.
Then, we will use the blowtorch to heat the chocolate and melt it a little. Be careful to prevent it from melting completely. Once it is half melted, add a few flakes of Maldon salt.
The final touch will be to drizzle a little bit of Verde Esmeralda Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This step will give it a different flavor that will conquer all palates.
